Beepio Bee Honeycomb Connecting Puzzle Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • To begin the game, select the “PLAY” button under the Beepio logo.
  • This takes you to the Select Level screen. The game has a total of 33 levels.
  • Select level 1 to start your first game, or any level you’ve unlocked.
  • Once you select a level, the game begins promptly.
    • The game automatically stores your progress in your local web browser.
    • If you’ve unlocked other levels, this means you can choose to play preferred levels again.
  • Other Opening Screen Buttons
    • On the upper left corner of the screen is the audio icon that looks like a speaker. Select this to mute or unmute your game’s music and sound effects.
    • On the bottom left corner of the screen are social media buttons.
      • The “F” button stands for Facebook, which allows you to share the game on your Facebook account.
      • The “t” button stand for Twitter, which allows you to share the game on your Twitter account.
    • On the bottom right corner is the “More Games” icon. Selecting it opens a new window to other games in the site.
• Game Controls
  • This game primarily uses the mouse cursor on a desktop computer to navigate the honey bee around points and tubes.
  • When a level begins, you’ll see green arrows pointing at different points in the course.
  • Using your mouse cursor, choose which point you want to start and left click. The honey bee will appear.
  • Move your mouse cursor to move the honey bee on the points and tubes. Make sure you connect all points and eliminate each path.
    • If you stray from the honey tube path three times, the game ends. You only get three chances to go back to your last point to finish the game.
    • Once your bee crosses all tubes without straying, you complete a level.
    • Failure to cross all points and tubes means you haven’t solved the puzzle. When this happens, select the “Restart” button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • In-Game Interface
    • On the top left corner of the screen are three honey bee figures. This counts how many chances you have left when you stray from the path. When you run out of bees, it’s game over.
    • On the top right corner of the screen is the Level Select button. Select this anytime you want to play another unlocked level.
    • On the bottom left corner of the screen is the Level indicator. It displays the current level you are playing.
    • On the bottom right corner is the Restart button. If you want to reset your game, simply select it.
• Strategy
  • This is simple yet clever puzzle game where you must cross and eliminate all honey tubes per level.
  • One you cross a tube, it instantly disappears. For this reason, you cannot cross the same tube twice.
    • Before you start crossing, examine the course first. Picture how you would cross the path. This saves time before you make moves that don’t help solve the puzzle.
    • There is no time limit, so take your time. Anticipate your move before initiating the bee in any point. If you fail to cross a tube, you’ll have to reset the game to solve it again.
    • Establishing which point the bee will start is crucial. As long as it helps you cross all the tubes in one continuous line, you’re good to go.
  • Another tricky rule: you must cross tubes while keeping your honey bee inside the path. Straying from the path three times ends the game.
    • The key to keeping your bee alive is to move your cursor slowly.
    • Moving fast has higher chances of straying from the path. While a slow move ensures you stay on course.
    • Besides logic and critical thinking, this puzzle game practices patience. So take your time crossing those honey tubes.
  • The game comes with 33 levels that get harder as you progress. Take the challenge and try to unlock all levels. You can replay your favorite levels and see if you can figure them out again.
