• Starting the Game
  • Select the large play button at the center of the welcome screen to begin.
    • To the left of the play button is the market button. Use this to buy upgrades for your game.
    • To the right is the trophy button. Check out your current achievements here.

  • Choose the information button on the lower right to access the tutorial page.

  • Your web browser automatically saves your progress and high score.
    • Your previous high score can be seen on the upper left corner.

    • You automatically move forward.
    • Survive for as long as you can.
      • Avoid running into holes, barricades, and platforms.
      • Slice through various enemies that stand in the way.
    • Collect coins along the way.
  • Survival
    • Hit points and lives
      • You are limited to two hit points, represented as hearts, through your entire run.
        • Each time you hit an obstacle or an enemy, you lose one heart.
        • When you lose both hearts, it’s game over.
      • Falling into a hole is an instant game over.
    • Dodging obstacles
      • Jump over holes, low barricades and platforms.
      • Double jump or slide over tall barricades.
      • Cut through an enemy.
  • Scoring
    • Your score is based on the following factors:
      • Each enemy you slay is 5 points.
      • Each meter you run is worth 1 point.
      • Every coin you collect is also worth 1 point.
    • The longer you play, the higher your score.
  • Coins and the store
    • Each coin you collect can be used to upgrades in the store.
    • These upgrades will help improve your survivability throughout the game.
      • Lives or heart containers cost 500, 3000 and 5000.
        • You start the game with 2 and each upgrade adds another heart container. Note that if you fall off platform your game is over even if you had full heart containers.
        • If you get hit and have an empty heart container then they will appear periodically throughout the game.
      • 2X coins upgrade allows you to collect double coins for a limited period of time. Upgrading this setting allows that feature to appear more frequently throughout the game and costs the following amounts to upgrade: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, & 5000.
      • Immortality upgrades cost 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, & 5000.
    • You can also use coins to gain an extra life each time you die.
      • Continuing extends your session and can bolster your high score.
      • This cost starts at 50 coins and ramps up as you use more continues (50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 7400, 14800).
  • Collectible bonus items
    • You can encounter other collectibles across the game. These can help you in different ways.
    • An extra heart boosts your hit points.
    • An invulnerability power up gives you temporary invincibility.
    • A double coins power up multiplies the value of the coins you collect.
  • Achievements
    • Run 100 meters.
    • Gain 50 coins in a single run.
    • Continue after crashing.
    • Trip 5 times.
    • Gain 3 lives in a single run.
    • Slay 7 enemies in a single run.
    • Upgrade double coins.
    • Upgrade invulnerability.
    • Fall in a hole twice in a single run.
    • Trip within the first 10 seconds of a run.
    • Jump over 40 obstacles.
    • Kill 12 enemies in a single run.
    • Jump over 100 obstacles.
    • Earn 3,500 coins.
    • Lose 5 lives in a single run.
    • Earn 200 coins in a single run.
    • Use 40 power ups in total.
    • Double jump 100 times.
    • Spend 5,000 coins in the shop.
    • Slide 20 times in a single run.
    • Slide 100 times.
    • Run 1,000 meters without using any power ups.
    • Continue after dying 7 times.
    • Fully upgrade your health pool.
    • Purchase all upgrades.

    • Collect 50 hearts.
