Boat Rush Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Tap to Play below the title of the game to begin.

      • Left click and drag to steer.
      • Left click on the buttons on the bottom left and right corners to fire.

      • Use the space bar to fire.

    • With your fingers:
      • Swipe left or right to steer
      • Tap on the buttons on the bottom left and right corners to fire.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Your boat automatically moves forward.
    • Colle toward coins, stars, and powerups.
    • Keep moving forward for as long as possible.
    • Steer the boat away from hazards.
      • Alternately, you can shoot at obstacles and hazards to get them out of your way.
      • If you hit anything, the game ends.
  • Attacks
    • You can only attack obstacles 3 times.
      • You can periodically pick up bullets to replace your ammunition.
      • Each refill adds 3 shots.
      • Try to keep some ammo in stock at all times, as you are in serious trouble if a rocket launching helicopter shows up and you do not have any ammo to fight back.
    • Use them whenever you’re approaching a difficult set of obstacles.
      • Clearing one row of obstacles will remove the need to dodge them.
  • Level design
    • When you play early in the game each time you restart you start back at the beginning of the game.
    • When you get around 400 meters in and have battled the flying helicopter for a while you can restart from a starting point further into the game.
    • Whenever you change boats you restart at the beginning of the game.
    • Some aspects of the game change as you progress. For example, bridges which you can drive under early may appear with blocked passageways later, requiring you to shoot through them to pass.
  • Shop
    • Collect as many coins as you can to buy items from the boat store.
      • Use the game’s shop to buy ships with better handling.
      • The more expensive the ship, the more responsive the controls.
      • There are 4 shops for sale with costs of 1,000, 3,500, 7,300 and 9,999.
  • Powerups
    • Pick up powerups to get a random bonus.
    • The bonuses include the following:
      • Extra speed
      • A shield for temporary invincibility
      • Bonus coins
      • An extra life
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like boating games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
