Bobby Jump Game for Kids Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Click the white and red button at the bottom of the game’s welcome screen.
    • This will bring up the level select screen.
    • Initially only the first level is unlocked, but you unlock a level each time you beat one.
  • The welcome screen has three buttons across the top offering developer information, full screen mode, and sound control.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Left click your mouse once to start the level. From then on Bobby will automatically run until he runs into something or completes the level.
      • If you run into a wall Bobby changes directions & resumes running.
      • You can also run into the sides of platforms when jumping to change directions.
    • Use your mouse left click button to jump.
    • Click once to single jump and click twice to double jump.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen to jump.
• Game Play
  • Running
    • After you start moving you automatically run until the level is complete or until you hit spikes that kill you.
    • You must collect the key to unlock the door.
    • If you run past an unlocked door you will exit it even if you did not collect all the stars.
  • Jumping
    • When you jump you can single jump or double jump.
    • When you double jump your height might depend on when you jump the second time. On some levels you want to do the first jump early and/or bump your head off the ceiling to limit the height on the second jump.
    • In some cases you want to jump while facing the wrong direction to bounce off the wall and implement the double jump in the correct direction.
    • Some stone blocks disappear after you touch them. Be sure not to accidentally hit them or hit them while heading in the wrong direction so you can use them to your advantage when trying to get hard to reach keys.
  • Stars
    • Each of the 20 levels have 3 stars.
    • You do not need to collect all the stars to beat a level, though the level select screen shows how many stars you collected.
    • Some stars can only be collected while heading in one direction.
  • Dying
    • If you hit the spikes you die.
    • If you destroy a breakable block needed to collect a key before you collect they key you will eventually die or must restart the level.
    • This game offers unlimited continues.

  • Gamers who like level escape games should enjoy this game.
  • There are no adult themes in this game.
