Bubli Escape Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse:
      • Left click to select Bulbi.
      • Left click on the tiles to move Bubli in that direction.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers and use them as a mouse.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right):
    • Back button: Quits the level and returns you to the level selection screen.
    • Reset button: Restarts the level from the beginning.
• Game Play
  • Levels
    • Levels are unlocked in sequence.
      • You start with only the first level unlocked.
      • Finish one level to unlock the other.
      • The first few levels serve as the game’s tutorial.
    • There are 33 levels in this game.
      • You can replay any level you’ve already unlocked.
      • If you fall into the abyss, you can replay the current level an unlimited number of times.
  • Basic rules:
    • Move Bubli around the level.
      • Select Bubli, which can move horizontally or vertically in a straight line.
        • When you select Bubli orange boxes will highlight the directions it can move.
        • The orange boxes light in all directions with the exception of highlighting the exit portal.
        • You can move toward the exit portal if it is adjacent even if it is not highlighted by an orange overlay.
      • Bubli will keep moving in one direction unless something (such as a block) stops them.
        • Unlike other games of this type, there are no walls.
        • If Bubli isn’t stopped by something, they will end up lost in space, and the level is lost.
      • Bring Bubli to the purple vortex to finish the level.
        • When you get to higher levels some of the portal exits are hidden, requiring you to move a blue box to reveal the exit.
    • Move the blue boxes.
      • The blue boxes are moveable just like Bubli.
        • They can also fall off platform unless their movement is stopped by another box.
        • If you lose a blue box that also causes you to lose the level.
      • On some levels you’ll need to move some of the blue boxes into different positions to complete a valid path for Bubli.
        • Some stages will require moving multiple blue boxes.
        • Some levels will require moving Bubli into a blue box, then moving that blue box & using it as an anchor to stop another blue box from falling off platform.
        • Some stages require you to move a blue box toward Bubli & have Bubli act as a stop which prevents the box from moving.
