- The foundations are right of the undo button.
- The remaining game controls are in the upper right corner: pause, sound control, and full screen mode.
- Game Play
- Deal
- This is a standard single-deck Klondike Solitaire game where 28 cards are dealt to the tableau across 7 columns and the other 24 cards are dealt to the reserves.
- The first column on the tableau has a single card in it & each subsequent column has one more card than the prior column.
- The bottom card of each column on the tableau is face up with the remaining cards being dealt face down.
- Playing
- At the start of the game you can choose between turn 1 and turn 3.
- Turn 1 is easier as you see & can potentially play every card from the reserves on each shuffle, whereas on turn 3 some cards can get stuck in between the sets of 3.
- Basics
- This game is single-level, is not timed, & does not have points.
- Tableau
- Build down in descending order while alternating suit colors.
- You can only move Kings or runs of cards starting with a King to an empty column on the tableau.
- Reserves
- You can shuffle through the reserves an unlimited number of times.
- Cards from the reserves can be played to the tableau or directly to the foundations.
- Foundations
- Suited foundations are built in ascending order starting with the Aces.
- Strategy
- Play order
- Typically it makes sense to try to clear out the tallest stacks with the most face down cards first so you don’t have to make many sequential moves from a single stack late in the game.
- The exception to this rule would be making an empty column where you can move a run of cards with a King to, or another similar play where making one play allows a series of follow on plays.
- You can take advantage of the undo move button if you are undecided about which of two moves to make.
- Reserves vs tableau
- In most cases it makes sense to play cards from the tableau over cards from the reserves, especially if you are playing a turn 1 game.
- If you are playing a turn 3 game and a key card is stuck under another card it can make sense to play from the reserves to unlock that card which was stuck between shuffles.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who like Klondike Solitaire card games.
- The game has no adult themed content.
