Birthday Buddy Birthday Party Planning Game for Kids Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • At the welcome screen, select the play button below the title of the game.
  • The game begins with an introductory cut scene where Daniel sings about being his sister Margaret’s birthday buddy.

    • The game comprises 4 minigames representing activities needed to set up Margaret’s party:
      • Decorating (Grandpere)
      • Cupcake making (Mom Tiger)
      • Present making (Daniel Striped Tiger/Dad Tiger)
      • Bubble blowing (Daniel Tiger Jr.)
    • Select a family member to engage in a specific activity. To select Daniel’s activity, choose the area near the bucket on the lower left corner.
    • If you want to do something else, select the home button on the upper left corner of the screen.
    • The items you finish in each minigame will be visible throughout the rest of the game.
  • Decorating with Grandpere
    • Select from 3 options on the bottom center corner of the screen.
    • Each choice comes with 3 themes (pandas, flowers, or strawberries). Choose one theme or mix and match as desired.
    • Grandpere will ask you to select decorations for the following:
      • Tablecloth
      • Party streamers
      • Balloons
      • Party hats.
    • Navigate by selecting the
    • Once you’re finished, select the green check button on the lower right corner.
  • Cupcake decorating with Mom
    • Choose between the following options
      • Cake flavor (banana, strawberry, or blueberry)
      • Frosting (5 colors)
      • Candy toppings (pandas, strawberries, flowers)
    • Navigate by selecting the green arrows on the lower left and lower right.
    • Once you’re done, select the green check button on the lower right corner.
    • A cutscene will play wehre Daniel and Mom will bring Margaret in to blow out her candles.
  • Special present with Dad
    • Dad Tiger will take a picture of the family. Adjust the camera to get a good picture of Margaret with Daniel, Mom, and Grandpere.
    • After that, decorate the frame. Pick from the decorations located on the right hand side of the screen.
    • Once you’re finished, select the green check button on the lower right corner.
    • The cutscene after that will show Daniel presenting the frame to Margaret.
  • Bubble blowing
    • Left click with your mouse or tap to blow bubbles.
      • Bubbles come in 4 shapes: spheres, flowers, bears, and strawberries.
      • The longer you hold, the larger the bubble you create.
    • Move your wand around to have the bubbles float around.
    • When you’re done, select the home button on the upper left corner to return to the party.
