Drift Challenge Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game

      • Brake with the down arrow key.
      • Turn using the left and right arrow keys.
      • Use the space bar along with the left or right arrow keys to drift.

    • Although the game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls were optimized for desktops with keyboards.
  • Controls & indicators
    • Before each level start it shows your target score and time goal.
    • While playing the level:
      • The target score and drift score are shown in the upper left corner.
      • The level number and play time are shown top center.
      • The target time is shown in the upper right corner.

    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Finish one level to unlock the next one.
    • You can replay any of the levels you’ve unlocked.
  • Basic rules
    • Drift across the level to earn points.
      • Reaching the target goal will require you to put the car sidewise and drift on straightaways in addition to the corners.
      • Your drift ends when you let off the drift button or when you run into an oil slick or the grass.
    • Reach the finish line and surpass the target score before the timer runs out.
      • If you fail to reach the timer goal or point total goal you’ll have to replay the level.
    • Avoid the oil puddles.
      • Hitting them will make you lose control.
  • Scoring points
    • Your points are based on how much you drift.
    • Drift as many times as you can before reaching the finish line to reach the target score.
