- Game Play
- Basics
- In this game your goal is to avoid crashing while parking in the correct parking spots.
- Cars park in regular parking spots while trucks park in larger parking spots.
- Each time you park successfully you earn points.
- Each time you crash the game ends.
- Your point earnings can be used to unlock other vehicles.
- The game offers a variety of missions you can play through to score bonus points above and beyond the points earned from parking.
- Tutorial
- The tutorial has you use the basic blue car and shows you how the game is played.
- The tutorial has yellow markers on the road and gives you instructions on when to turn hard.
- Missions
- The mission based game has a variety of missions which you can score points from.
- Some missions are to score a set number of points like 5,000 points, while other missions might include things like park 15 times, or make 3 perfect parks.
- Most missions can be completed with any vehicle, however some are hyper-specific, requiring you to do things like park on the right side of the road 5 times with a cop car. If you do not have the needed vehicle equipped you can go back to the welcome screen and equip it.
- If you do not like a particular mission you can skip it & play the next one.
- If you park wrong to where you are over a line, park in the wrong parking spot type, or are parked at a steep angle it is called “wrong park” but you can still continue the mission.
- Whenever you park correctly (or “wrong park”) the game continues and you start driving another vehicle from around the area where you parked.
- If you run into a curb, hit an island in the middle of an intersection, bump another vehicle, hit traffic cones, or knock over a road construction sign it is game over & you have to start the mission over again from the beginning.
- In addition to the above mission-ending hazards the road has mud puddles periodically. The mud puddles will not end your game directly, but they can cause you to run into something else and lose, particularly if you are trying to slide when you run into the puddle.
- When you lose a mission, you still score the points earned from the good parking you did prior to crashing.
- Vehicles
- The welcome screen allows you to include up to 4 different cars in the parking lot. When you drive you will rotate through whichever vehicles are parked.
- This game offers 8 different vehicle types. When a vehicle is unlocked it remains unlocked. You can cycle through which vehicles you have parked in your parking lot & thus are taking on your journey.
- The blue car is unlocked off the start of the game for free.
- This also has other color options you can choose: yellow, red, and gray.
- This car drives slowly, parks in regular parking spots, & scores few points per park.
- To park this car you should be just inside the middle of the road before turning to the near side of the road.
- Each good park is worth $250. Perfect parks are worth $500.
- The yellow taxi cab costs $5,000 to unlock.
- This car drives a bit faster than the blue car, and parks in the regular car parking spots.
- To park this car you should drive near the middle of the road, with the centerline close to center underneath your car, and then turn sharply to park.
- Each good park is worth $500. Perfect parks are worth $1,000.
- The police car costs $10,000 to unlock.
- This car is faster than the yellow taxi cab, and parks in the regular car parking spots.
- The faster speed means you have to react quicker to park & you should drive slightly on the opposite side of the road from where you want to park to give yourself enough time to slide to a stop.
- Each good park is worth $1,000. Perfect parks are worth $2,000.
- The red sports car with white racing stripes costs $20,000 to unlock.
- This car is faster than the police car, and parks in the regular car parking spots.
- The faster speed means you have to react quicker to park & you should drive significantly on the opposite side of the road from where you want to park to give yourself enough time to slide to a stop. You should be over a car width away from the centerline when you begin your turn.
- Each good park is worth $2,000. Perfect parks are worth $4,000.
- The gray van costs $25,000 to unlock.
- This also has a second color option which looks similar to the first but has a bit of mud on it.
- This vehicle does not seem to move as fast as the red sports car, but it is heavy and takes longer to slow down than speed alone might suggest.
- You should be just over the centerline and turn to the far side of the road to park this in a regular car parking spot.
- Each good park is worth $2,500. Perfect parks are worth $5,000.
- The semi truck costs $40,000 to unlock.
- The semi is available in 4 different color combinations: red cab with gray trailer, red cab with brown trailer, blue cab with gray trailer, and blue cab with brown trailer.
- This vehicle does not move too quickly & parks in the longer parking spaces for trucks. The physics of this acts like the truck and trailer are one unit rather than 2.
- To park this you should drive with your vehicle in the dead center of the road & then turn toward parking spots on either side. The slow speed of the semi combined with the equidistant turning & large turning spots makes this a great vehicle to rack up points with.
- Each good park is worth $3,000. Perfect parks are worth $6,000.
- The commercial bus costs $45,000 to unlock.
- This gray bus is available in orange and blue accents.
- This moves a bit faster than a semi truck. You park in the same semi truck parking spots.
- To make the parking spots cleanly you have to be about 20% of a bus width onto the opposite side of the road which you want to turn into before turning.
- Each good park is worth $4,000. Perfect parks are worth $8,000.
- The school bus costs $50,000 to unlock.
- This moves even faster than the commercial bus.
- The brake and turn are fast on this, allowing you to react a bit later than you would with the commercial bus.
- This is easily the hardest vehicle to play due to the combination of speed and size.
- Each good park is worth $5,000. Perfect parks are worth $10,000.
- Play tips
- Sometimes the game sticks when you start a new mission or restart a mission. If this happens to you just refresh your web browser to reload the game.
- The parking lot allows you to have multiple vehicle types enabled at the same time, however it is best to only use one vehicle type at a time so that you have consistent positioning and timing when parking.
- When you turn, if you are a bit too angled near the end of the turn you can press the opposite direction of your turn to straighten out a bit.
- If you begin a turn but can tell it will be a miss you can exit early and keep driving straight, then look for the next parking spot.
- It is usually best to skip parking when there are obstacles or mud puddles in your way, as you have unlimited gas & the game is not timed, but a single crash ends a mission.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who like drifting or car parking games.
- The game has no adult themed content.
