• Starting the Game
  • Press the PLAY button in the upper left of the welcome screen to bring up the world select screen.
    • Worlds are unlocked sequentially by beating all levels in the prior world.
    • Within each world levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • The welcome screen has buttons for SETTINGS and CREDITS underneath the PLAY button.
    • The SETTINGS button allows you to reset your game progress, control game sound, and control game music.

    • Use your mouse left click button and drag the mouse across the screen to set your shot strength and angle. Release to fire.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger and drag your finger across the screen to shoot the cat.
  • Controls & indicators
    • Your health is shown in the upper left corner of the screen.
    • The top center shows how many of the 3 stars you have collected on the current level.
    • In the upper right there is a number next to an arrow showing how many moves you have remaining & a button with 3 dots to reveal the level menu.
    • As you charge up your shot a blue, green, yellow, and pink bar shows the direction and strength of your shot.
    • The level select screens show which levels you have unlocked.
• Game Play
  • Basics
    • In this game you fling a cat across the screen in a way that is similar to Angry Birds.
      • Rather than hitting other monsters and knocking them over the goal is to safely run into 3 stars scattered across the stage.
      • You are given a limited number of moves you can make to complete each stage.
    • Balloons
      • On some stages you have to run into a balloon to fly for a portion of the stage.
      • If you run into a spike while in balloon mode you’ll pop and fall.
    • Some stages have electrical charges blocking you from accessing stars.
      • Activating switches can disable the electrical charges.
      • Some stages have multiple buttons you have to hit to deactivate different areas.
      • If you hit a switch twice you can end up reactivating the electrical charge you previously deactivated.
    • Some stages have boxing glove surprises.
      • In some cases you need to jump at a high angle or from far away to avoid the boxing gloves.
      • In some cases you want the boxing glove to knock you into a movable platform, or help push you across the screen onto a platform or toward a star.
  • Levels
    • This game has 30 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • The levels are split across 3 worlds with each world having 10 levels.
      • You must beat all the levels in the first world to unlock the second world.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
      • Each level has a unique move limit count and a unique level design.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You beat a level whenever you have health remaining and collect all 3 stars before running out of moves. As soon as you collect the third star you win.
      • You lose a level whenever you have remaining stars while running out of moves or when your health reaches zero.
      • This game offers unlimited continues, starting you at the beginning of the level you lost on.
    • Health
      • Each time you hit an electric charge or land on a spike you bounce again and lose one or two hearts.
        • When you bounce it often bounces you into another dangerous obstacle which can drain additional health.
      • If you run into the dinosaur you lose all your health.
      • If you fall off platform through the floor of the level you die.
        • While you are in balloon mode you can fly off screen high through the ceiling of the level, which also ends the game.
  • Tips
    • Use the colored direction bar to adjust your shot on subsequent tries.
      • If your movement was too far then try to use more angle or less power.
      • If your movement was not far enough then try to use a flatter shot and/or put more power on your shot.
    • If you need to stop on a narrow platform it is beneficial to use more arc on your shot so you do not move much laterally after landing.
    • You can use the move limit as a rule of thumb for how hard each level is.
    • If you are horizontally close to a platform on a different vertical plane sometimes it helps to move in the opposite direction so you have a better angle to move onto the nearby platform.
    • When you are in balloon mode you typically have to shoot downward with a lot of force and typically need to move to the nearest available platform rather than skipping platforms.
    • If you make an error early on a level and waste moves you can use the button in the upper right corner to restart the level.
