- Levels
- This game has 10 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
- You can go back and replay any previously beat level.
- Levels do not have points or scores – either you make it to the finish on time or you do not.
- Strategy
- Each individual road or river within a level may be unique when compared to other rivers and roads within that level & those across other levels, but the pattern for each road and river individually is the same whenever you replay that obstacle on that stage, meaning you can learn safe routes to take, where to be aggressive, and where to have patience.
- On most levels you typically want to move straight up, however some levels have rivers which require you to cross multiple pieces of wood & some have boars on one side or the other. When you have to cross a river and time it with a boar sometimes it makes sense to move aggressive laterally to get to a log before the boar gets to that position, so that you make effective use of the clock and can make it to the finish on time.
- If you try to move forward but can’t there is likely a block & you’ll need to move laterally before moving up.
- Dying
- You die if any of the following happen:
- you fall in the water
- a car runs you over
- a boar runs into you
- the level timer reaches zero
- This game offers unlimited continues & allows you to start at the beginning of the level you died on.
- Comparison to Frogger
- This game was inspired by the cult classic arcade & Atari game Frogger.
- Differences between this game and the original Frogger are:
- this game has better graphics
- this game offers unlimited continues
- the logs do not disappear in this game
- you only have to get 1 frog across the stage in this game rather than having to land a number of them
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who like simple cross the road games.
- The game has no adult themed content.
