Golf Field Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
    • Initially only the first level is unlocked.
    • You unlock a level each time you beat one.
    • You can replay any unlocked level at any point in time.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
    • The game displays how many levels you unlocked at the bottom center of the screen.
    • Select the trash button in the bottom right corner to clear your progress.

• Game Play
  • Levels
    • At the start of the game, only the first level is unlocked.
    • Levels must be unlocked sequentially.
    • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
  • Basic
    • Move the ball to the hole within par.
      • You have 3 balls. The par for every hole is 3.
      • Avoid hitting any dangerous obstacles that might stand in the way.
      • If you hit an obstacle your ball will be destroyed.
      • This game offers unlimited continues.
    • Select anywhere near the ball and pull back to aim.
      • The ball always travel to the opposite direction of the cursor or your fingers.
      • The further you pull, the stronger your stroke.
      • Release to make the stroke.
      • You can only make subsequent strokes after the ball has completely stopped.
  • Spikes
    • Starting from level 4, you will encounter spikes.
    • If the ball hits a spike, you automatically restart the level.
  • Locked gates
    • Starting from level 12, you will encounter yellow gates.
    • You must tap all other yellow pads with the ball to unlock the gates.
  • Lasers
    • Starting from level 15, you will encounter red lasers.
    • If the ball hits a laser, you automatically restart the level.
    • You may have to time your shots to bounce off of walls or stay in between the lasers in between shots rather than making it across multiple lasers on a single shot.
  • Elevation changes
    • Starting from level 16, you will encounter hills which speed up or slow down the ball.
    • Arrows highlight which way elevation is changing & what impact it will have on ball speed.
  • As you combine multiple obstacles the difficulty of this game increases geometrically. The game is somewhat hard after a half-dozen levels & frustratingly difficult by the time you get about half way through it.
