How to Play
Clear out all the hexagonal mahjong tiles before the timer runs out.
- Starting the Game
- On the welcome screen, select play to begin.
- Select Help to learn the rules of this game.
- Select High Scores to view the leaderboard.
- Select the drop down list on the bottom left corner to choose a game language.
- Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
- The game gives you an option to save your progress on the leaderboard when you finish all the levels. It also gives you this option if you end with a game over.

- Tap on a tile with your fingers to select it.
- Controls and indicators
- The game’s controls and indicators are located on the right side of the screen. From the top, they are as follows:
- Level number

- Pause button: Pauses the game
- Enlarge button: Lets you switch between windowed and full-screen modes
- Shuffle button: Shuffle the tiles
- Hint button: Gives you a hint
- Speaker button: Turns the game’s audio effects on or off.

- Game Play
- Levels
- You start all new games in the first level.
- Finish one level to unlock the next. Play through all 60 levels.
- You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
- Each level has a unique board layout and time limit.
- The time limit for the first level is 55 seconds.
- The time limits tend to increase throughout the game as the boards grow larger and more complex. For example, the time limit on the second stage is 1:07.
- Basic rules
- Match pairs of identical tiles to clear them from the field.
- Select one tile, then another to attempt a pairing.
- You can only pair free tiles.
- Free tiles have no tile resting on top of them and they need at least 3 consecutive clear sides.
- The game helpfully highlights all the available free tiles in a lighter background color, while the tiles that are not open have a darker background color.
- When you select a tile it is highlighted in green and shown in the upper right of the screen until it is paired off.
- Clear the entire stack of mahjong tiles within the time limit to win the level.
- If you run out of free tiles to match or run out, you fail the level.
- Scoring and hints
- Points
- Each tile you match is worth 50 points.
- After finishing, you gain a bonus 10 points for every second remaining on the timer.
- The level select screen shows the best score you earned on each stage.
- You can replay levels to earn a better score on them.
- Your level scores tend to increase as you progress through the game since later levels have more tiles and a longer time limit.
- Your game score is cumulative across levels.
- Hints
- If you ever find yourself stumped, use the hints button to reveal a pair of tiles for you.
- Hints cost 100 points. Use them only when you need to.
- Hints become useful in later levels where you have a lot of tiles to sift through.
- Shuffles
- If no moves remain the tiles automatically shuffle.
- Conversely, this means that if the tiles do not shuffle at least one move is available.
- Automated shuffles do not cost you points.
- You can manually shuffle the tiles, though doing so costs you 400 points.

- The game is suited for players who like Mahjong Solitaire games.
