Hidden Objects City Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
    • Choose a level from the pop up screen.
  • On the top left corner is the enlarge button: Use this to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
  • On the top right corner are the following buttons:
    • Select the question mark button to open the game’s tutorial screen.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and high score.

    • With your mouse, left click on an object to find it.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on any object onscreen with your fingers to find it.
  • Controls and indicators (bottom row, left to right)

    • Home button: Exits the level and returns you to the welcome screen
    • Speaker button
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Find the objects listed.
      • The names of 3 of the objects are shown on the list at the bottom of the screen.
      • Each time you find the object, it and its name disappear.
    • When you find 3 objects, 3 more take its place.
      • Do this 2 more times to finish the level.
      • In total, there are 9 objects to find.
    • Make sure to only click on the objects you need to look for.
      • Clicking the wrong spot will cost you a life.
  • Lives
    • You start each level with 5 lives.
    • Each time you click incorrectly, you lose a life.
    • Lose all your lives and you fail the level.
    • One thing which makes this game harder than most hidden object search games is that in addition to a limited life count there is no hints button.
  • Levels
    • Levels are unlocked in sequence.
      • At the start of the game, only the first level is unlocked.
      • Finish one to unlock the next.
    • There are 4 levels in this game.
      • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You win if you find all the objects while having lives remaining.
      • You lose if you run out of lives.
      • This game offers unlimited continues.
  • Scoring
    • Your score depends on how fast you find the objects shown on the screen.
    • You gain more points from not losing any lives while playing the level.
    • You can see your current and best scores on the level beat screen and game over screen.
