- Game Play
- Basics
- Board size
- You can play a 3×3 or 4×4 board size.
- The smaller board size makes it harder to make matches as you have fewer cells to work with.
- The larger board size gives you far more play options & makes it easier to set off chain reactions.
- Place numbers next to each other where both numbers are the same or one number is a multiple of the other number.
- When numbers precisely match both tiles will be removed. When one tile is larger than the other the larger tile will be divided by the value of the smaller tile.
- Matches can be made vertically or horizontally, though not diagonally.
- You can match more than 2 tiles at a time. For example, a 32 tile can be placed in between tiles valued at 4 and 8 and it would remove all 3 tiles at once.
- Your matches can set off chain reactions to further boost your score.
- Delete & keep
- Each time you reach another level you get a delete credit which lasts until used, though you can only carry one deletion credit at a time.
- You are given a temporary keep cell which you can use repeatedly to temporarily store tiles.
- Scoring
- Each number tile you lay is worth a point.
- Each cell you clear out is worth 11 points.
- Each number you decrement is worth 11 points.
- You can score combination chain reactions where a second or third match is made after the first set.
- The second chain reaction scores 34 points.
- The third chain reaction scores 66 points.
- Levels
- As you score points you level up, with the delete credit restored whenever you change levels.
- Level 2 is reached at 300 points.
- Level 3 is reached at 600 points.
- Level 4 is reached at 1,200 points.
- Level 5 is reached at 2,400 points.
- Level 6 is reached at 4,800 points.
- Strategy
- Pay attention to the 2 “up next” tiles below the current tiles, as you may see a match for one of them and know which stone you need to keep clear.
- Try to keep center tiles clear as best you can & try to place prime numbers in or near the corners.
- If you have a number you can play only after clearing a space out place that number in the keep cell.
- If you have a number that is hard to play and few open spaces consider using the delete function.
- If the central cells are already filled then try to keep adjacent cells open to make matches of new numbers you are given, or at least try to keep a space open near any 2 or 3 which can divide into many other numbers.
- As space becomes more scarce on the playing field place more emphasis on making matches that remove tiles so you have more play options & potential matches to work with.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who like math games or want to practice division.
- The game has no adult themed content.
