DC Comics Justice League Comic Creator Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Press the green play button on the lower right corner of the welcome screen to begin.
    • The game will ask you whether you want to make your own comic scene or work from a comic starter.
    • You can also toggle the music on and off by clicking on the B
  • From there, you will be able to layer in backgrounds, characters, and sound effects.
  • Print out your finished work or save it as a .gif.

    • The comic maker comes with two basic creation settings:
      • Create your own: Choose between panel layouts and build entire scenes from scratch.
      • Use a comic starter: The template begins with one panel already laid out. Build the other scenes from there.
  • Essentials
    • You start off with an arrangement of panels.
    • On the left side of the screen are the following buttons:
      • Character: Choose a hero or villain to feature in the scene.
      • Backgrounds: Pick a backdrop or gradient for your action scenes.
      • Emoticon bubbles: Add dynamic sound effects to your scenes.
      • Props: Add static labels and emblems.
      • Actions: Liven up your images with animated elements.
    • Click and drag each picture to the desired position on the panel.
      • You can resize and rotate each picture element as desired.
      • Backgrounds automatically go behind the panels.
      • Picture elements stay within the panels you selected.
    • You can click on the blue reset button on the top left side if you want to start from scratch.
    • If you want to pick a different set of panels, exit the program and start again.
  • Saving your work
    • After you’ve finished, you can click on the green button.
    • From there, you can have your finished work printed or saved to your computer as a .gif file using the blue buttons.
    • You may also click on the red edit button to go back to the editor and make changes.
    • Click on the green button to exit the comic creator.
