How to Play
Explore a dungeon and make your way toward the exit. Fight off any monster you encounter. Collect money, potion, and ammunition along the way.

- Your health meter: This shows you how much health you have left.
- Your coins: This shows how much money you’ve picked up so far.

- On the bottom left is the sound button. Select this to toggle the game’s audio.
- On the bottom right corner is your inventory. This shows you the items you currently have on hand.

- Move around the dungeon until you reach the door.
- In later levels, use your weapons to break pots and defeat enemies.

- You clear the level when you reach the door.
- Should you die, you can restart the level.
- Note that all levels are procedurally generated. You will not get the same map if you start again.
- Map
- Access the map to help you find new corners to explore.
- The map starts off with many empty spots at first, but it gradually fills in as you make your way to the dungeon.
- Use the map to help you find new places to explore. This will be crucial when you need to look for places you haven’t been to.
- Keys
- You can sometimes find keys from the monsters you slay.
- Use these to unlock gated parts of the maze.
- Weapons

- At the end of the first level, you encounter the shop. The shop loads each time you complete a level.
- Earn ammunition for your weapons by looting them from monsters and pots.
- You can also loot and earn money to buy more advanced weapons. You’ll need this to face tougher enemies.
- Sword
- The sword is your first and most basic weapon.
- You must use your sword at close range, so you will get harmed by your enemies.
- The sword has no limits. Keep using it as often as you need to.
- Bow
- The bow is your next weapon. Use it to take out enemies from a distance.
- You cannot use your bow if you don’t have arrows.
- Replenish your supply of arrows from pots or slain foes.
- Bomb
- Bombs are used to destroy or damage powerful foes.
- Collect bombs across the level and toss them at your enemies.
- Be careful not to be in the blast radius.
- It’s best to use the bomb alongside the wand.
- Wand
- The wand can be used to stun enemies.
- Use this to stop the advance of powerful foes and give yourself a chance to fight back before they strike.
- You might need to alternate between the wand and other weapons for especially powerful foes.
- Fighting
- Attacking and defending
- Monsters will often try to attack you when you are in range.
- Use any of your weapons to defeat them before they do the same to you.
- Extremely powerful monsters
- When a monster is attacking, it’s best to face them to make sure you’re always on sight of them.
- Note that some weapons (bow and bombs) require ammunition, which you must collect. Use these weapons sparingly.
- Sometimes, monsters will drop various collectible items. Use these to replenish your health.
- Monster effects
- Some monsters can come out of nowhere. Watch out.
- Monsters that approach will chase you. Stand your ground and fight.
- Some monsters leave a poisonous gas that will harm you if you pass through them. Wait for it to dissipate before moving again.
- Health
- You only have a limited amount of health before you die.
- You lose health each time a monster attacks you.
- To replenish your health, use potions.
- Potions can be found in pots or dropped by monsters.
- Tips
- Move with care to reduce the likelihood of a monster taking you by surprise.
- Explore the dungeon as thoroughly as you can. This can help you find more collectible items.
- Keep your eyes on your foes at all times. It pays to know where they are when they’re close to attacking you.
