How to Play
Create your own Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired space rogue heroes.
- Starting the Game
- On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
- Game Controls
- Desktop
- With your mouse, left click to select and option
- Touchscreen devices
- Tap on an option with your fingers to select it.
- Controls and indicators
- The customization options are found on left side of the screen.
- Your hero is shown on the right side of the screen.
- The top right corner shows the music button. Use this to turn the game’s background music on or off.
- The navigation buttons are on the bottom right corner. Use this to move to the next step or return to the previous one.
- Game Play
- Choose a body type:
- Customize your character.
- Pick out a body part to edit:
- The head and torso comprise single categories.
- A separate category (for both left and right) exists for the following components:
- Upper arm
- Lower arm
- Hand
- Thigh
- Ankle
- Foot
- Because of this, you can create characters that have asymmetrical costumes.
- Select the randomizer to create a character completely at random.
- Once you’ve selected a body part, you can color it in.
- Choose a color:
- There are 8 color presets.
- Each of the 8 colors have 9 shades.
- You can also select the custom color tool to pick out your own colors.
- Choose a painting tool:
- Eyedropper tool: Takes a color from one area and selects it
- Paint bucket tool: Paints the entire body part in the selected color
- Paintbrush tool: Fills in a specific outlined area of your character in the selected color
- Add a background.
- Choose a backdrop type and color.
- Select any of the stickers for flair.
- Left click or tap on any of the stickers to select them.
- Move them around while they’re selected.
- The sticker’s square outline has the following tools:
- You can rotate the sticker using the rotate button on the top right.
- You can make the sticker bigger or smaller using the resize button on the bottom right.
- If you want to remove the sticker, select the trash button on the top left.
- Save your work.
- On the bottom right corner are the following options:
- Download button: Saves your finished hero as a PNG file
- Print button: Opens the print dialog box and lets yu print out your finished hero
- Back button: Go back to the previous step
- Reset button: Lets you start over from the beginning; this cannot be undone.
