- Game Play
- Basics
- Move across the fixed and breakable platforms to traverse the level.
- Jump on each numerical platform until it is valued at zero.
- Avoid falling off platform or running into a spinning blade.
- Collect up to 3 stars on each stage.
- Levels
- This game has 32 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
- You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
- Winning vs losing
- You beat a level by breaking every breakable platform on it. You have to walk or jump off the final platform (even into the air & onto nothing) to clear the level.
- You lose a level by falling down a gap, hitting spikes, or running into a moving blade.
- If you destroy the breakable platforms in the wrong order it may be impossible to beat a level, requiring you to restart it again.
- This game offers unlimited continues, which start you at the beginning of the level you lost.
- Star ratings
- Each stage has 3 stars throughout the level which you can collect.
- If you get lower than a 3-star rating you can go back and replay the level to try to earn a higher star rating on it.
- Tips
- Jump timing
- Some jumps require precise timing to avoid the moving blades or spikes.
- You can use the double jump feature to buy more time if there are multiple spinning blades in a row on multiple platforms.
- Some stages have breakable platforms with a moving platform underneath where you have to stand on the moving platform & break the breakable platforms one at a time, or else they will throw you off.
- Some jumps require a crisp double jump which has you jump from the edge of a platform and time the second jump perfectly to have enough vertical clearance to make it onto the next platform.
- If you are jumping or falling onto a moving platform try to aim for the middle of it so you can still land on it even if your timing is off.
- Platforms move faster on some of the later levels.
- Collecting stars
- If you earn fewer than 3 stars on a level you still unlock the next stage.
- Play through other stages of the game until the game is complete, then come back to any levels where you earned fewer than 3 stars to beat them & leave the game 100% complete.
- Breakable platform order
- In most cases you want to use all platforms as you approach them, in order.
- In some cases you have to skip over some platforms and save them to jump on them later, or to have a way out for what would otherwise be a dead end or forcing too high of a jump.
- It is generally easier to fall down than it is to go up, so you usually want to take the high roads whenever possible, though be careful not to leave a stranded breakable platform that you can’t get back to.
- Break sequences into smaller chunks
- Levels are not timed, so in between challenging parts of a stage you can pause for a bit to regroup and strategize before moving onto the next part.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who like platforming games.
- The game has no adult themed content.
