      • Left click, tap, and swipe left or right to move to the sides.
    • With your keyboard, use the arrow keys to move.
      • You can move left and right an unlimited number of times.

      • Tap and swipe up to move forward.
      • Tap and swipe left or right to move to the sides.

  • Basic rules
    • Cross the road and see how far you can go.
      • You can move forward, left, or right. You cannot move backward.
      • You cannot move to a space occupied by a building or a sign.
      • If a car runs over you or you fall into the water, it’s game over.
    • Unlike many other cross the road games, this one doesn’t scroll away.
      • If you need to wait before moving, you can take as long as you need to get the timing right and to adjust your horizontal position.
      • You can also adjust the location of your crossing by moving left to right as needed.
    • When crossing rivers, avoid jumping onto the water itself.
      • Wait until a floating crate passes by.
      • Don’t stay on the floating crate too long. You’ll fall into the water if you reach the edge.
      • Time your jump off the crate when you’re on clear ground.
    • Keep going for as long as you can.
  • Scoring
    • Your score is based on the distance you’ve traveled. Each road you cross is worth 1 point.
    • Your current and best scores appear on the top left corner of the screen after a game over.
  • Coins
    • You can pick up coins as you cross the roads.
    • Earn enough coins to unlock and play as different characters.
      • Kid with headphones and shades costs 25 coins to unlock.
      • Guy with beard costs 50 coins to unlock.
      • Girl in a dress costs 100 coins to unlock.
      • Police officer costs 200 coins to unlock.
    • Once you unlock a character they remain unlocked on subsequent plays.

  • The game is suited for players who like games inspired by Frogger and Crossy Road.

Streets, especially busy city streets, can be dangerous places, especially for young kids. Always stay close to a parent or guardian. Watch out for cars and other vehicles on both sides of the street before crossing. Choose safe places to cross such as crosswalks and places with crossing guards.

While dogs may be man’s best friend, that doesn’t mean they do everything the same way humans do.

Humans have stop lights and street signs to follow, so they typically cross at crosswalks at the corners of blocks, where other vehicles are required to stop. Dogs often cross the street in the middle of a block so they only have to look in 2 directions and they have more time to react to unexpected oncoming vehicles.
