Merge Fruit Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Left click or tap anywhere on the welcome screen to begin.

  • Basic rules
    • Drop the fruits into the bottom of the screen.
    • Merge fruits by dropping identical fruits on top of one another.
      • If the placement is ideal, multiple groups of fruits can merge at once.
      • Keep merging fruits until you achieve the watermelon. When a watermelon is formed it is removed from the playing field.
      • Merge fruits for as long as you can.
    • Use the game’s physics to your advantage.
      • Gravity will force the fruits to roll down toward one another.
      • Dropping the fruits at the right spot can trigger a chain reaction that lets you form new fruits with little effort on your part.
    • When the fruits reach the dotted line on top of the screen, the game ends.
      • The dotted line only appears when your stack of fruits approaches its height.
      • When a fruit pops oout of the dotted line, you can add no more fruits.
      • The fruits you did add all pop.
      • The game only pops if the fruit you add goes above the line. If the fruit you add falls below the line and a separate fruit then moves above it as it is displaced your gameplay continues.
  • Scoring
    • Each fruit you merge is worth 3 points.
  • Tips
    • Fruit must directly touch to merge. Sometimes smaller fruits can block the ability of larger fruits to touch each other.
    • Try to place smaller fruits toward the sides so they fall away from the center and have a lower odds of ruining your merges.
    • You only get to see the current fruit you will drop & not the “next up” fruit, so try to keep your options open so that you can make a play no matter what fruit is given.
    • If the fruit you are dropping does not have an easy merge you can in some cases drop it on the side or edge of another fruit to push the other fruit toward its match.
