Monster Go Connection Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Tap anywhere on the game loading screen to bring up the game welcome screen.
  • On the game welcome screen select the bright colorful button in the center of the screen to start the game.
  • The welcome screen also has 3 buttons along the bottom for level select, game developer information, and sound control.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button to click on one of the monsters and drag to create a line which connects it to the other matching monster.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with your finger & drag it to make lines connecting matching monsters.
  • Indicators and controls
    • The top of the screen shows what level number you are on, how many connections you have made, how many moves you have took, and what percent of the board you have covered.
    • The bottom of the game has 5 buttons. Back to level select, prior level, restart level, next level, and sound control.
• Game Play
  • Difficulty
    • This game has 3 separate difficulty levels: easy, medium, and hard.
    • Each difficulty level has 75 total levels, with 25 levels using each board size.
    • Initially all easy and medium levels are open by default, but you must score 50, 100, and 150 stars to unlock the three sets of hard levels.
    • Easy levels have 25 squares (5×5), 36 squares (6×6), and 49 squares (7×7).
    • Medium levels have 64 squares (8×8), 81 squares (9×9), and 100 squares (10×10).
    • Hard levels have 121 squares (11×11), 144 squares (12×12), and 169 squares (13×13).
  • Strategy
    • Try to look at the nodes where there are the least options first and complete those, then move out to the nodes with more options.
    • Each line can turn an unlimited number of times, but no lines may cross each other.
    • You must ensure every square on the board has a monster or an energy line crossing it.
    • If you make an error you can always use the restart level button bottom center to play the level again.
    • You can complete a level without getting a perfect score, but you must obtain a perfect score to get a star on the level.
