- Game Play
- Driving
- When you drive your goal is to keep your truck from rolling over or moving at such an angle that the cargo falls out of the truck’s bed.
- The cargo in the truck impacts the physics of your truck & is different if you carry one giant box or multiple smaller boxes. Try to keep the boxes in the truck bed flat & toward the back edge of the cab in the front to minimize the odds of losing the boxes or rolling the truck.
- Uneven terrain
- Where terrain is uneven you might want to go slower to minimize its impact on your cargo.
- When reaching the top of a hill of uneven terrain it can make sense to let off the gas so you do not jump with too much force and lose your cargo.
- You may need to use the left or right arrow keys on some terrain in order to be able to climb and to be able to smoothly land after any air you get without losing the cargo.
- Jumps
- Some jumps have you fall off a flat or flatish ledge onto a lower platform. On these you need to pass them with enough gas that you fly across them as a single unit and do not roll forward too steeply.
- Some jumps have a wide chasm where you must have significant speed to make it over them.
- If you have to slow down after making a big jump be sure to be flat on the ground before decelerating hard or your cargo may fly out of the bed.
- Platforms
- Starting on level 7 the game has vertically moving platforms, where you have to time your entry and exit from them to avoid rolling the truck.
- If the cargo in the back of your truck is not flat in the bed running into the side of a moving platform is a good way to get the cargo to lay flat toward the front end of the bed.
- It can make sense to watch a couple cycles of a vertical moving platform before entering or exiting so you are as balanced as possible when you do.
- On level 10 the game introduces horizontally moving platforms you must drive across.
- You have to provide some gas to stay on the platforms. If you break to a stop you will fall off the moving platform.
- On level 13 the game introduces a tall & skinny vertical moving platform which acts like both a wall and a catapult.
- These must be timed with precision to minimize the adverse impact they have on rotating your truck & potentially flipping the cargo out of it.
- You will likely need to use the left arrow to rotate back to offset some of the rotational impact they have on your truck.
- Levels
- This game has 24 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
- You can replay previously beat levels at any time.
- You beat a level by making it to the finish with at least one cargo box in your truck bed.
- Dying
- This game offers unlimited continues.
- You die anytime you roll your truck or anytime you damage or lose all the cargo out of it.
- If your truck is carrying multiple crates and you lose one of them you can still beat the level.
- When you die you start back at the beginning of the level you died on.
- Star ratings
- You can earn up to a 3-stars on each course.
- Your star rating is based upon how much of the cargo safely arrives at the destination.
- Smaller boxes have less impact on your physics than a single large box & are less likely to roll or fall out if there are multiple of them next to each other.
- If there are smaller boxes stacked on top of each other it is quite easy for the top box to fall out.
- Trophies
- The game has the following achievements you can unlock.
- Beat 1, 10, 15 and 24 levels.
- Deliver 5, 15, and 30 boxes.
