  • Each number connects to one another through a line. They must be adjacent to numbers in the proper sequence to connect.

How to Play

Switch number places to reassemble the path in the correct sequential ascending order.

  • Starting the Game
    • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • Game Controls
    • Desktop
      • With your mouse, left click to select a number.
    • Touchscreen devices
      • Tap on a number with your fingers to select it.
    • Controls and indicators
      • Topmost row (left to right):
        • Level number
        • Speaker button: Turns the game’s audio on or off
        • Pause button
      • Top row:
        • Timer bar
  • Game Play
    • Basic rules
      • Rearrange the numbers 1 to 7 on the cord.
        • To move a number, select it, then select the number you want it to trade places with.
        • You can only move numbers that are colored yellow. Red numbers must stay in place.
        • You can swap 2 numbers even if they are not physically adjacent to each other.
      • Numbers must be adjacent to numbers next in line to connect.
        • The numbers can connect horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
        • The connections between the numbers can intersect.
      • The finished cord should have all the numbers connected to one another in the proper order.
      • Finish the level before the timer runs out.
    • Levels
      • Levels are unlocked in sequence.
        • You automatically start the game on the first level.
        • Finish one level to unlock the next.
        • Levels start off small & the grid size increases as you progress through the game.
      • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
        • After playing the game the first time, you gain access to the level selection screen.
      • There are 35 levels in this game.
        • You can replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Tips
      • On some levels it can help to start in descending order if you are struggling to put things in ascending order.
      • The red numbers serve both as limiting functions and as clues to where other numbers must be located. If a red number only has one adjacent yellow number you know that you’ll need to lead in or out of that position in sequential order with the nearby red cell.
