Powerpuff Girls Morning Mayhem Exit Puzzle Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Click the yellow play button in the lower center of the preview video to bring up the game welcome screen.
  • Click the yellow play button in the lower right corner to start the game.
    • If you have not played the game before this will start the first level.
    • If you have played the game before this will bring up the game’s level select screen.
    • Each of the 30 levels must be complete to unlock the subsequent levels.
    • Your game progress (which levels you have beat and how many clocks you collected on each) is stored in your local web browser.
  • The game has a sound control button in the upper right corner.
• Game Controls
  • Click or tap on the arrow square to select it.
  • Drag the arrows to where it must be placed to get the Powerpuff Girls to fly in a pattern where they collect all the clocks then exit the stage.
  • Press the play button.
• Strategy
  • Gameplay is rather straightforward, so there is not a lot of strategy involved in beating the early levels, though the game gets more complex as you progress.
  • Clocks
    • Each level has three clocks which you can collect.
    • You can beat a level while collecting fewer than three clocks. As long as all the girls in the level exit you can beat a level while collecting zero clocks.
    • If you get fewer than three clocks you can click on the replay circle arrow button at the bottom left after the level ends, or click on the bottom middle button to play the next level.
    • If the clocks are pink, green or blue than only the associated Powerpuff Girl can collect it. If the clock is not one of these colors then any Powerpuff Girl can collect it. On some levels you could, for example, have one girl collect all the clocks while the other girls exit the level without needing to collect any.
  • Arrows & Arrow Placement
    • The girls will follow the direction of the arrows so long as the arrow color matches their color and their flight path goes over it.
    • Each arrow is only good for a single pass, then it disappears.
    • White arrows work for all Powerpuff Girls.
    • Colored arrows only work for the Powerpuff Girl of the same color.
    • Only one arrow may be placed on each square.
    • Arrows may not be placed over any other objects like a clock, a wall, another arrow, or a Powerpuff Girl.
  • Bouncing
    • In some cases some of the Powerpuff Girls may bounce off each other, so you may need to place a block to cause either Blossom, Bubbles, or Buttercup to take a circuitous route and avoid bouncing into one of the other girls.
    • The girls can bounce off each other and be fine, though in some cases the bouncing creates a repeating unescapable loop.
    • Consider how long the flight path for each girl is and adjust which squares you place the arrows in to ensure they do not hit each other.
    • In many cases you have to point the arrow you want the girl to go in the opposite direction you actually want her to go so she will bounce off a wall and then head the direction you want.
  • Exits
    • Powerpuff Girls can only exit through exits which are white or exits of their matching color.
    • If they touch an exit of a different color they will bounce off and move in the opposite direction.
    • Some levels have multiple exits for each girl & you have to figure out which of them you can use while still completing the puzzle.
  • Run it back
    • If you make a mistake you can click the redo button in the upper right corner and adjust your arrow placements.
    • By the time you get to level 16 the difficulty of the game increases significantly with many arrows, making the game a bit trial-and-error for some levels.
    • When you retry a level your pieces will remain where they were from the prior try, so if you only need to change the flight path of one Powerpuff Girl you can leave the other arrows where they were.
