- The computer will then select an opposing team and you click the arrow in the lower right corner to begin the match.
- There is a button in the upper left corner to switch to full screen mode.

- There is a pause button in the upper right corner. When you click on it the game pauses and it brings up a menu offering the following options: continue, turn sound on or off, restart, quit game.
- After each round when the results are shared the game offers buttons to share your play on Twitter and Facebook.
- Winning vs Losing
- Games last one minute. If your opponent has more points than you do then you lose and can retry the level.
- If the game is tied at the end of regulation you go into a 20-second overtime.
- Strategy
- Stay near your goal after scoring a goal and be ready to jump to block the puck if you need to.
- Shooting
- If you and the computer are directly face to face and are touching then typically the computer will eventually win in getting the puck past you. You can jump to try to stop it if it seems like it is going higher but quite often the computer wins those battles.
- Thus the best strategy to use to shoot the puck is to do a jump shot (press the up arrow and J) when you are about 3 bodies away from the computer puppet.
- If the puck gets near the opposing goal it makes sense to keep pushing at them and pressing J while periodically hitting the up arrow key as well.
- If the puck is behind you it is almost guaranteed the opponent will eventually score.
- If you are walking backward and are trying to hit the puck typically your opponent’s stick will get to the puck before you can.
- There are two exceptions to this rule:
- If you time hitting J just right you can knock the opponent back slightly, giving you just barely enough time to get a shot off.
- A glitch in the game makes it where if you are not pressing J and are not moving backward the opponent and you will stand still.
