Sesame Street The Hungry Games Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game

    • Left click on the screen with your mouse to select and navigate.

  • Collecting gems
    • Once you select Cookie Monster, you automatically move to the right.
      • Left click or tap on the screen to jump.
      • Left click or tap mid-jump to double jump.
    • Collect as many gems as you can.
      • You can’t collect all the gems. Some gems will be placed in a way that doesn’t let you pick them all up when you pass them.
      • Pick up as many as possible anyway. Your final tally will be shown once you finish the game.
    • You will need to collect gems in between each memory game.
  • Select the gems
    • When you reach the monkeys, your first memory game will begin.
    • Select the gems in the proper order.
      • Listen carefully to the narrator. He will tell you which gems you must select.
      • You will receive a star for every series of gems you selected correctly.
  • The banana trap
    • A banana will stand in your path. Do not select it yet.
    • Wait until the banana turns into a carrot before selecting it. Cookie Monster will then eat it so he can move forward.
  • Complete the pattern
    • The game will show you a row of gems with gaps in the pattern.
    • Choose the gem on the bottom center row that fits the pattern.
      • Select the gem and drag it to the space provided.
      • You will receive a star for every pattern you correctly finished.

    • Listen closely to the narrator’s instructions.
    • Say the instructions out loud to remember them better.
