As Skye, help run the old lodge and make it profitable again.

- Each time you replay a day, you carry over the upgrades you made, even if you bought them after that day.

- When fully upgraded, facilities have an employee to help Skye, though you still need to drag the guests there.
- Each time a guest leaves satisfied, they leave a positive review and a tip.
- Tips add to your funds and let you improve your lodge.
- Reviews increase your popularity meter and lets you gain more customers.
- Move guests to sparkling stations to double their happiness (and their tips).

- To progress, you must make sure that you can accommodate your guests and meet their needs.
- Having happier guests mean better reviews and more tips.
- Use the tips to improve your facilities to accommodate more guests.
- Be mindful of guest patience
- Guest have a limited amount of patience, indicated by the circle around them.
- The circle starts off green, then rapidly turns red as time goes on.
- The lower their patience, the lower their reviews.
- When a guest’s patience runs out, you must bring them to the front desk so they can leave.
- You can extend a guest’s patience through a water bottle from a fully upgraded front desk.
- The water dispenser has a cooldown time, so you can’t really use this often.
- Improvements and maintenance

- Once you earn enough tips in a day, you can upgrade the venues of your lodge.
- Upgrades are pricey. You won’t be able to afford more than one in the early game.
- Each time you upgrade, you improve the capacity and appearance of the venue.
- You can upgrade each facility up to 3 times.
- On the third upgrade, you get a new employee to help you take care of things, which frees you up to take care of guests.

- Select the damaged item to fix it.
- Only Skye can fix items.

- There are 2 kinds of guests.
- Standard guests are who you’ll normally encounter.
- VIP guests arrive when the restaurant opens.
- They have less patience than standard guests.
- However, they give larger tips, so they’re worth prioritizing.
- If you are running behind on guests serve the guests first and then pick up the coins.
- While you slide a guest from location to location if you slide over coins you automatically pick them up.
- Some guests have 2 demands.
- They have a blue thought balloon that alternates between their 2 desires.
- Meet either of those demands to satisfy them.
- Guests with 2 demands are easier to serve when the lodge gets busy.
- You can satisfy the demand that has more open slots.
- Danielle is a nuisance.
- You can tell Danielle apart from guests from the camera she carries around.
- She will cause guests to lose patience if she overstays.
- Move her to the front desk to get rid of her.
- Facilities
- Front desk
- The front desk is where the guests arrive.
- From here, move the guests to where they want to go.
- Upgrading the front desk slows down their impatience.
- Rooms
- These are where the guests stay.
- An occupied room is marked with a do not enter sign.
- Kaylee will attend the rooms in the final upgrade.
- Juice bar
- This is where you satisfy your guests’ thirst.
- Noah will attend the bar in the final upgrade.
- Sports area
- Available from Day 3 onwards.
- This is a leisure area for guests.
- Sean will attend the guests in the final upgrade.
- Restaurant
- This becomes available from Day 8 onward.
- The restaurant satisfies the guests’ hunger and is a frequent destination for VIP guests.
- Ben will attend diners in the final upgrade.
- Dance room
- This is the end destination of guests.
- When upgrading facilities it is important to upgrade them in parallel since the upgrade costs grow across rounds & you do not want one part of the hotel becoming a bottleneck.
- Most facilities cost 100, 200, then 300 to upgrade.
- The juice bar costs 35, 100 and 200 to upgrade.
- It costs 3,335 to fully upgrade all facilities.
- Sparkling bonus game
- This minigame activates each time you send a guest to a sparkling area.
- Place the items listed on the left to the container in the center.
- The items and container vary between rooms. For instance, in a guest room, the items are towels and toiletries and the container is a dresser. At the juice bar the items are fruits & in the sports area are equipment to place in a backpack.
- Avoid dragging any items that doesn’t belong. If you do, you fail the challenge.
- You have 15 seconds to drag all the items in.
- The faster you place the items in, the more money you get.
- You can get from 5 to 15 coins depending on your speed.
- Trophies
- There are 2 trophies to be won in each level.
- The first, the expert trophy, involves reaching the tip and level goals for the day.
- The time attack trophy involves beating the level before a specific time limit.
- The time attack option only activates when you complete the level the first time. You must play each level at least twice to win both trophies.
- Minigames
- After the third day you unlock the first minigame, which is a simple runner.
- Use the down arrow key to duck under hanging items & the up arrow key to jump over lights on the ground.
- Whenever you hit something your speed slows down & then you gradually accelerate toward top speed or until you bump into something again.
- After completing the sixth day you unlock the second minigame, which is also a simple runner.
- While running to retrieve an item (or bringing the item back to the table) rapidly tap the spacebar to run fast.
- When you get to either table stop tapping & wait for the turn meter to show & tap to time the turn near the center of the meter to keep your momentum.
