• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:

    • With your keyboard:
      • Use the left and right arrow keys to move the piece left or right.
      • Use the up arrow key or the R key to rotate the piece.
      • Use the down arrow key to drop the piece.
    • With your mouse:
      • Left click and drag left or right to move the piece left or right.
      • Left click and drag down to drop the piece.
      • Left click twice to rotate the piece clockwise 90 degrees.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Double tap to rotate the piece.
      • Tap and swipe to the sides to move the piece.
      • Tap and swipe down to drop the piece.
  • Controls and indicators
    • Right side (top-down):
      • Home button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
      • Next menu: Shows you the next two blocks
      • Number of lines cleared
      • Number of combos earned

• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Lay down the blocks and pile them up.
      • The pieces will slowly go down.
      • A ghost of the piece will appear on the bottom of the shaft.
    • You can save pieces by pressing the hold button.
      • Select the hold button again to swap the currently held piece for the next piece.
      • The piece you hold carries over from one session to the next.
    • Create full lines to clear them from the pile.
    • As you play, the game keeps getting faster.
    • Keep clearing lines for as long as you can.
  • Scoring
    • Your score is based on the number of lines you clear.
    • You get a multiplier combo bonus each time you clear several sets of lines one after the other.
      • The second consecutive line set cleared has 2 times the points, the third 3 times the points, and so on.
      • The combo bonus resets when you lay down a piece without forming a line.
