Zombie Buster Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • Select the brownish button at the bottom center of the game loading screen.
  • Select the green PLAY GAME button at the center of the game welcome screen.
    • This will bring up the level select screen.
    • Initially only the first level of the game is unlocked.
  • The welcome screen also contains 5 other buttons on it. On the top right there is a more games button, on the bottom left there are buttons to close the game or go to full screen mode, and on the bottom right there are buttons to turn game music and sounds on or off.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse to aim your shot & press the left click button to shoot.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen to aim and shoot.
  • Controls & indicators
    • Across the top of the level the current level number, coin savings, total zombies killed across all levels & zombies killed this level are shown.
    • There is a pause button in the middle of the top of the screen.
• Game Play
  • Shooting zombies
    • You shoot a grenade launcher rather than a gun. Initially your shots appear like bullets until they slow down or hit into something & then a countdown from 3 begins where the grenade explodes when it counts down to zero.
    • Many zombies appear next to each other, so it can be helpful to try to aim your shot so that the grenade falls between them.
    • In many cases zombies are hard to reach without ricocheting your shots. In some cases you may need to shoot rapidly and/or intentionally bounce your shots off other objects to hit certain zombies.
      • If you have zombies which are directly above you or nearly so you may need to bounce shots off the zombies out in front of you to have the shot bounce back and up.
      • If you are struggling with a particular shot sometimes it makes sense to shoot rapidly while many objects are in the air to try to get a lucky bounce.
    • Some large zombies or boxes can block your line of fire. Ideally try to reach the other harder to reach zombies first before
  • Levels
    • This game has 20 levels which are unlocked sequentially as you beat each level.
    • You can score a 1 star to 3 star rating on each level based on how much ammo you have remaining when you destroy all the zombies.
    • Once you complete the game you can not go back and replay levels. You can however start the game over by either clearing your web browser cache or playing the game in another web browser.
  • Dying
    • On each level you are given a limited number of grenades. If you run out of grenades you die.
    • The game offers an unlimited number of continues.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for gamers who like zombie shooting or level destruction games.
  • This game has no adult themed content.
