Regular Show Trash and Dash Game for Kids Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play on the bottom right corner to begin playing right away.
  • If you’re a first-time player, select the How to Play button to open the tutorial.
    • The tutorial is a slideshow comprising two slides. Use the arrow buttons on the center left and center right to navigate. Select the center left button on the first slide to return to the welcome screen.
    • At the end of the tutorial, select Play on the bottom right corner to start the game.

    • With your mouse, left click and move your cursor to move Mordecai or Rigby.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap and swipe on the screen with your fingers to move Mordecai and Rigby.

    • Click or tap anywhere to put the characters into play.
      • Mordecai and Rigby automatically move toward where you click or tap.
      • If they die, click or tap anywhere you want them to reappear.
    • Avoid getting hit by enemies and obstacles.
    • Knock out enemies using the stink bombs.
    • Collect enough garbage to move up a level.
  • Lives
    • You only get 3 lives in this game. Use them all up and it’s game over.
    • Get hit by an enemy or walk into an obstacle, and you use up 1 life.
    • You can view the number of remaining lives you have on the top center of the screen.
  • Stink bombs
    • Activate a stink bomb by selecting the bomb button on the lower left corner.
    • The stink bomb will stun the enemy temporarily and grant you a bonus.
    • You only have a limited number of bombs, so use them with care.
    • You can replenish your stink bombs by collecting the bomb power up.
  • Enemies and obstacles
    • Enemies
      • Enemies are active hazards that can be found in the game. Avoid them.
      • In the first 2 levels, you only need to deal with the lawnmowers, which move around at random.
      • On Level 3 onwards, you must deal with the dancing party horse, who actively chases you.
      • Use the stink bombs or summon Skips to deal with them.
    • Obstacles
      • Obstacles (vortices and volcanoes) block your path and act as stationary hazards.
      • Walk into them and you die.
      • The volcano can also hit you from afar.
      • Still water on the screen does not count as an obstacle and can be walked over.
  • Leveling up
    • To clear a level, you must collect 10 pieces of trash.
      • Trash appears at random anywhere on the screen and only remains there for a few seconds.
      • Get to the trash as fast as you can to earn it.
    • Your lives and bombs are replenished each time you clear a level.
  • Power ups
    • Collect 5 pieces of trash in a row to earn a combo power up.
    • The power ups are determined at random.
    • You must collect the power ups somewhere in the field to use them.
    • Each power up does the following:
      • Whistle: Summon Skips to temporarily stun all enemies
      • Bombs: Replenishes your stink bombs
      • Multiplier marble: Multiplies the points you get from every subsequent piece of trash collected for that level.
    • See how many pieces of trash you need to collect to activate your combo on the upper right corner.
    • In each level, you can only activate your power up once.
    • Each time you die, your combo counter resets to 0.
  • Scoring
    • Each piece of trash earns you 10 points at the start.
    • Multipliers will increase the value of the trash you collect.
    • Your final score for the level is divided into the following categories:
      • Total trash bonus: Earned from collecting trash
      • Combo bonus (50 points): Gained from earning a combo power up
      • Enemy bonus (20 points for every enemy affected): Rewarded for attacking enemies with a stink bomb
    • The base score of every level is 100 points. To earn more points on top of that, collect a multiplier or earn bonus points.
