This is a 24-level logic puzzle game where you play a knight trying to make its way through each dungeon. If you love math you will love this game as it is a sneaky fun way to work on your arithmetic and logic skills. This game can also be a way to help encourage kids to like math more by giving them a (semi?)practical application for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in everyday life.
- Collect power ups to make your character stronger.
- Enemies do not attack until attacked. You initiate all contact. Approach enemies to see their stats and if you are stronger than they are and need to pass by them to collect an item or make your way through the level.
- Attack only the enemies you need to in order to defeat the level and attack them in the right order to have enough health, attack strength, and defense to be able to make it through the level.

How to Play
Defeat the enemies and collect items in the correct order to make your way through the level exit.
- Starting the Game
- Click on the big yellow word “Play” on the welcome screen. This will bring up the level select screen.
- Each of the 24 levels requires the prior levels be beat to unlock it.
- Your game progress is automatically saved in your local web browser.
- Game Controls
- Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to run into enemies, collect items, and avoid obstacles.
- The upper right corner of the screen allows you to turn sound or music on or off, restart the level, or bring up the level select screen.
- Dying
- If you run out of power you die.
- If you step on the spikes you die.
- If your opponent has enough life to outlast you then you die, though this should not happen often as you can see the opponent’s stats before you begin fighting them & can plan out your strategy to where you do not fight them until you are powerful enough to beat them.
- If you die you can start the level again.
- Strategy
- You always get the first hit on an enemy.
- If an enemy has 3 HP and you have +2 attack then the enemy does not get to hit you.
- If an enemy has 3 HP and you have +1 attack then the enemy can only hit you once.
- If you and an enemy each have 3 HP and you have an attack power of 1 then you will kill that enemy while still having 1 HP left.
- Get power ups in the correct order.
- Try to get power ups as soon as you can while waiting as long as possible to hit any power downs.
- In some cases you will need to get red potions to restore life before collecting all other power ups.
- The offense and defense rings are more powerful updates than the red potion update as they allow you to increase your attack strength and defense for every subsequent battle the rest of that round, whereas the potion only gives you one more hit that can be used once.
- How power ups work:
- When you go near an enemy it shows how much HP they have. If your attack is at that level they can not hit you.
- If you get the ring with a crown on it you have a +1 defense, which means if the enemy has an attack power of 1 then the first time they try to attack you they can’t.
- Go the best route:
- On some levels there are multiple parallel paths through the game. Try to go on the path which encounters the fewest or weakest enemies, while offering you the most power ups along the way.
- In some later rounds you have to kill “out of the way” enemies to get keys from them to unlock doors.
- Items
- The game has a variety of power ups (and power downs) throughout the levels.
