      • A few other lights flicker on and off. Move past them as fast as you can.
    • Picking up Collossus the guinea pig will make Vampire Cat temporarily invincible.
    • Mr. Burgemeister holds a flashlight. Get past him to avoid getting illuminated by him.
  • Energy levels
    • Vampire Cat has a limited amount of energy, which represents their hit points.
    • Prolonged exposure to light sources will cause them grievous harm.
    • Once you lose all your energy, it’s game over.
    • You can recharge your energy by selecting power switches.
      • You can only select switches once.
      • Switches also turn off light sources, which opens up new paths.
