- Game Play
- Basics
- This is a slide puzzle game where your goal is to move the boy and girl tiles next to each other.
- Adjacent tiles can be vertical or horizontal, but diagonal does not count.
- Tile types
- Initial blocks
- Basic blocks – these are the standard gray blocks you can move one square at a time.
- Boy & girl blocks – these move just like standard blocks.
- Additional blocks
- As you progress through the game additional tile types are added.
- Monsters – these move just like ordinary tiles, but you can not let them get next to either the boy or girl or you’ll lose the level. Diagonal does not count as adjacent.
- Doors – you must move either the boy or girl tile adjacent to a door to turn it into a regular basic tile.
- Metal tiles – these do not move & act as fixed obstacles which make it harder to move other blocks.
- Levels
- This game has 30 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
- You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
- Some slide puzzles have time limits or move limits, but this game has neither, making it quite easy.
- Winning vs losing
- You beat a level by having the boy & girl tiles be adjacent vertically or horizontally.
- You lose a level if a monster tile is vertically or horizontally adjacent to the boy or girl tiles.
- This game offers unlimited continues, starting you at the beginning of any level you lose.
- Tips
- Each level only has a single empty space on it. This means you can not move a square unless it completes the level, or there is an opening to move another square back into the newly created empty space.
- It can be helpful to try to push the monsters into corners or along the walls of wide areas so that you can move the boy or girl past them without being adjacent to them.
- Try to think a couple moves in advance to where you want to create an empty space and then make the series of moves needed to create it.
- There are no move count limits in this game. In some cases you will need to do a square type layout where you move one tile at a time and repeatedly move all tiles clockwise or counterclockwise until the boy and girl are next to each other.
- If there is a square or rectangle you are moving tiles around to bring the boy or girl around you should ensure the other boy or girl tile is outside of that square in an adjacent position so you are creating relative movement between the girl and boy.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for players who celebrate Valentine’s Day or like slide puzzle games.
- When the cartoon boy and girl characters are on adjacent squares they kiss.
- Other than the above the game has no adult themed content.
