• Starting the Game

• Game Play
  • Levels
    • You can also end your playthrough. This lets you save your score in the leaderboard.
      • Only the first level is playable at the start of the game.
      • Finishing one level automatically unlocks the next one.
    • There are 30 levels in the game
    • If you reload the game, you have 2 options:
      • Continue from the last level you’ve unlocked.
      • Start a new playthrough. This will erase your previous progress.
  • Basic rules
    • Select a pair of identical Mahjong stones to remove them from the stack.
    • You can only pair free stones.
      • Free stones have no stone above them and at least one side (left or right) without an adjacent stone.
      • The game helpfully highlights the free stones with a lighter background color, while other stones have a darker grayish background color.
    • Unlike other Mahjong solitaire games, the tiles drop.
      • They first drop when you first remove the first pair of free stones.
      • The stones drop do
      • This can complicate matters as some tiles might drop somewhere where they can’t be played.
    • Clear the entire stack before the level’s timer expires.
      • You start with 1 minute and 6 seconds on the clock on the first level.
      • Later levels have a longer time limit and more stones.
      • You fail the level if you don’t clear all the stones in time.
        • You can try again. This game offers unlimited continues.
        • You can also end your playthrough. This lets you save your score in the leaderboard, though erases your game progress.
  • Scoring
    • Scoring is cumulative in this game. Your score from one level carries over to the next.
      • Every pair of tiles you clear adds 50 points to your total score.
      • After finishing, you also receive 6 points for every second remaining on the timer.
    • There are two ways to save your total score:
      • Play through all 30 levels.
      • End the playthrough after a game over.
  • Assistance
    • Hints
      • Selecting the hint button will show you any valid pair of tiles.
      • Each hint costs 300 points.
    • Shuffles
      • Shuffles rearrange the stones on the stack. This is useful if you want to make more obvious pairs.
      • The game automatically shuffles the tiles if you run out of moves.
      • Manual shuffles cost 500 points. Automatic shuffles cost you nothing.
