Pocket Drift Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • You start the game at the level selection screen. Pick a level to begin.
  • Choose a vehicle.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

  • Track and car selection
    • Tracks and cars are unlocked as you win.
      • You begin with only one track playable.
      • Each time you finish a specific place in one track (e.g. bronze, silver), you unlock another.
    • You start on Infinity Circuit, which is a course in the shape of a figure 8.
      • There are 4 other tracks to unlock.
        • Lava Raceway (volcano)
        • Burnout Desert (desert)
        • Holiday Circuit (water)
        • Frozen Summit (snow & ice)
      • You can replay any of the tracks you’ve unlocked.
  • Basic rules
    • Have the car drift from side to side to finish the course.
      • To finish the course, you must make 3 laps from start to finish.
      • If you fail to finish the course within 40 seconds you fail.
      • Finish all 3 laps in as short a time as you can to win.
    • Time your movements to avoid obstacles.
    • Collect coins, and power ups along the way.
  • Power ups
    • Power ups appear as large boxes on the road.
    • Run over a power up to activate it.
    • The power ups offer the following benefits:
      • Magnet: Collects all coins
      • 2x: Doubles the value of the coins collected
      • Clock: Grants you extra time
  • Coins and cars
    • Coins
      • You can earn coins by picking them up around the race track.
      • You can collect even more coins without effort using the magnet power up.
      • Each time you win a race, you also win a cash prize.
      • Use the coins to unlock new cars.
    • Cars
      • You start with one available car, the station wagon.
      • Each other car requires a specific amount of money to unlock.
