- Free cells
- You can use the 4 free cells an unlimited number of times.
- The number of cards you can move on the tableau in one go depends upon how many free cells are open.
- If all the free cells contain a card then you can only move a single card at a time on the tableau until one or more of the free cells is empty.
- Playing on the tableau
- You can move up to 5 cards at a time if the free cells are empty.
- For each free cell which has a card in it you can move one fewer card at a time.
- You can play any cards to empty columns on the tableau.
- In some versions of Freecell Solitaire the empty columns on the tableau are treated similarly to empty free cells, however in this game they are not & only the open free cells determine your move limits.
- Building the foundations
- The foundations are suited & you must start with the Aces and build in ascending order.
- You can manually lay cards to the foundations, or if you have all the cards of a numerically lower value already on a foundation the computer will automatically play cards from the tableau to the foundation.
- The game is over when all foundations have been built.
- Target Audience
- The game is suited for people of all ages who like card games.
- The game has no adult themed content.
