Dino’s Bro Collaborative Jumping Level Escape Puzzle for Kids Game Play Instructions

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the large play button on the bottom of the title to begin.
  • Select the sound button on the upper left corner to toggle the game’s audio.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

      • Press the up arrow key to jump.
      • Use the left and right arrow keys to move.
      • Switch between the 2 dinosaurs by pressing the A key.

    • Although this game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls were optimized for desktops with keyboards.
• Game Play
  • Level selection
    • Pick a level to play.
    • The levels are unlocked in order. Only the first level is unlocked at the start of the game.
    • You can replay the levels you’ve already unlocked.
  • Basics
    • Switch between the titular dinosaurs to get the key to the door
    • You can only control one of the dinosaur brothers at any given time.
    • Exit the level before the timer runs out.
  • Moves
    • The dinos can run and jump.
    • Dinos cannot move past each other.
      • You’ll need to move one dino out of the way.
      • You can also have one dino jump over the over.
    • You can stack the dinos on top of one another.
    • If you press the A key at the right time, the dino will float in midair.
      • This way, you can use one of the dinos as a platform.
      • You can only jump onto a dino mid jump if you jump on them from a higher elevation.
  • Strategy
    • In later levels the red platforms disappear whenever you grab the key. This means you need to think multiple steps ahead and position the dinosaur which will head to the door in the correct position before grabbing the keys.
    • On some levels you need to grab multiple keys to unlock the door. On these levels you will want to freeze frame one dinosaur above a key before grabbing the second key with another dinosaur. Then you need to freeze frame each dinosaur before they fall to the spikes & get one through the door.
  • Level Tips
    • Level 1: Press A to get the key with the second dinosaur. Press A again to switch back to the original dinosaur and go through the door.
    • Level 2: Walk both dinosaurs toward the right. Jump and land on the second dinosaur as a platform repeatedly, making it progressively higher until you reach the key.
    • Level 3: Walk all dinosaurs near the right passageway. Jump and freeze frame back and forth to create an elevated platform to be able to reach the key. Then walk all three dinosaurs back left and create a similar platform to get back over the steps and onto the door.
    • Level 4: Bring both dinosaurs right & jump one on the other to be able to make it onto the ledge. Before grabbing the key, walk one dinosaur back near the door, then switch back & grab the key. The red passageway will disappear when the key is grabbed. Switch back to the other dinosaur and go through the door.
    • Level 5: Have the first dinosaur fall to the left platform below to collect the first key. Then have him fall to below the second & bottom key on the left and freeze frame. Have the second dinosaur stand on the first to grab the second key and freeze frame. Have a third dinosaur fall off the top ledge on the right and veer hard left.
    • Level 6: Have the first dinosaur walk near the first key. Have the second dinosaur stand above the first dinosaur and then jump out over the second key and freeze it. Have the third dinosaur jump as high and far left as he can. Grab each of the keys & then when you switch to the third dinosaur move as hard left as you can to make it to the left exit while avoiding the spikes.
    • Level 7: Move the middle dinosaur as right as it can go and jump up and freeze it. Have the leftmost dinosaur jump to grab the first key and fall to the second key then freeze it. Let the far right dinosaur fall a bit toward the exit on the right and freeze it. Have the middle dinosaur land on that dinosaur and then go through the door.
    • Level 8: Have one of the left dinosaurs jump out and freeze frame to create a ledge for the other dinosaur from the left to jump onto. Jump the second dinosaur onto the first, then jump up above the key and freeze frame again. Have both of the right dinosaurs move far right. Let the first of the right dinosaurs fall a bit to the right after the key is grabbed and use it as a platform for final dinosaur to jump onto before going through the door.
    • Level 9: Use a to switch to the rightmost dinosaur and walk him over to above the door on the right. Then take the original dinosaur you were on to the platform to the right above and jump toward the key while freeze framing the game. Grab the left key with the leftmost dinosaur and then have the second dinosaur fall to grab the second key and have the third dinosaur enter the door.
    • Level 10: Get one dinosaur slightly under the key on the left and freeze them there. Take the second dinosaur up onto the platform, go past the second key and catch the second key in the air while jumping left. Then walk to the far left and use the other dinosaur as a platform & exit the level.
