• Starting the Game

  • Link 3 or more identical puppies in a chain to remove them from the playing field.
    • To create a row, select one dog and drag a line down to the next dog.
    • You can make rows horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, as long as they are adjacent.
      • Line segments can abruptly change directions repeatedly.
      • However, you can only link dogs together in a single pass. You can’t cross the same path twice.
  • Remove as many dogs as you can before the timer runs out.
    • You have 60 seconds to play at the start.
    • Each time you link up to 5 or more dogs, you get extra time.
      • You gain 2 more seconds of time each time you link 5 or 6 puppies.
      • 7 puppies or more net you 4 extra seconds.
  • Scoring
    • On the first time you score you score 5 points less than you would on all subsequent scores for the remainder of the game. For example, if your first move would normally be worth 350 points you will score 345, and then that same move will be worth 350 points for the rest of the game.
    • Clearing 3 or 4 puppies nets you 350 points.
    • The more puppies you link up, the higher your score is for each move, up to a point.
    • Linking 5 or 6 is worth 1,000.
    • Linking 7 or 8 is worth 2,400.
    • Linking 9 or more is worth 2,100.
    • Based on the scoring mechanics of the game it generally doesn’t make sense to try for lines longer than 8, as they are harder to get and your score is actually less than if you got 7 or 8 in a row.
    • The optimal length to aim for is 5 to 8 so you keep boosting your score and time.
  • Strategy
    • Extend your game time by focusing on linking between 5 or more puppies.
    • Remember, The puppies don’t have to be in a straight row.
    • Use diagonal connections to link squares of puppies together.
